Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Outreach Copilot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Outreach Copilot is a tool that automates LinkedIn profile scraping, email personalization, and cold outreach sending. The Service is provided by PhantomWorks Agent ("we", "us", "our").

3. Lifetime Access

For users who purchase a "Lifetime" plan:

• "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service, not the user.
• We define "lifetime" as a minimum of 12 months from purchase.
• If discontinued within 12 months, you receive a pro-rata refund.
• If discontinued after 12 months, no refund is owed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited mass emails
• Scrape profiles in violation of LinkedIn's Terms of Service
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service

5. LinkedIn Compliance

The Service uses your LinkedIn session cookie to access profile data. You acknowledge that this may violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service, and LinkedIn may restrict or ban your account. We are not responsible for any actions LinkedIn takes against your account.

6. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free: 3 leads/month, no payment required
• Starter ($9/mo): 25 leads/month, billed monthly
• Pro ($19/mo): Unlimited leads, billed monthly
• Lifetime ($97): One-time payment, subject to Section 3

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
